Please rest assured that your name and email address will never be given or sold to any other entity for any reason unless under a court order.

When you request a catalogue or make an order, we will put you on our e-newsletter list which is sent monthly. If you do not want to be on this list, please send an email to kevin@dvw.com or click on unsubscribe at the bottom of the e-newsletter.

Shipping & Ordering

We only ship when and where legal. Currently, we are unable to ship to counties in which the sale of alcohol is illegal, also known as “dry” counties.

Please note that the shipping charges listed when you order are estimated based upon the weight of the items and the region where you live. We only charge actual shipping, packaging and insurance charges so there will likely be a small increase or decrease based on actual shipping charges to your specific address. Please contact us toll-free directly at 877-389-9463 if you need the exact amount.

Please note that you must be at least 21 years old to order or receive alcohol from this website. Also, the person signing for the order upon delivery must also be at least 21 years old.

Due to our strict policy of not shipping alcohol to minors, please be advised that WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ORDERS FOR ANY REASON WITHOUT EXPLANATION. Thank you for your understanding.

Dee Vine Wines has a policy not to ship certain products via ground delivery in extremely cold or hot weather. If you require an expedited delivery, we recommend that you choose Next Day Air as your shipping choice. Otherwise, we are happy to hold your order until weather permits a safe delivery. If it becomes necessary to hold your order we will notify you via e-mail.

International Orders: We can ship wines to countries listed in the shipping address field. However, please call or email otto@dvw.com for any shipments over six bottles to Switzerland and Finland as they are subject to special requirements. Also, please call or email for shipments of more than two bottles to France.

Return Policy

By law, we are only allowed to
accept returns of goods that were purchased in error. Additionally,
because of the fees charged by your credit card company when we charge
and subsequently credit your card, we may enforce the collection of our
restocking fee, 5% of the order total.
